Since Claim also addresses users resident in the EU/EEA, an obligation to appoint an EU representative under Art. 27 GDPR may apply. Given the current scale of our EU user base during this testing phase, we currently rely on the exemption under Art. 27(2)(a) GDPR (see Privacy Policy, Section 1); an EU representative will be appointed and disclosed here as our usage volume grows.
We are not obliged, and are not willing, to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body. Note: the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued by the European Commission as of 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.
